8 Series Indoor Trail Hiker - The 8 Series Trail Hiker by Star Trac simulates trail hiking, one of the most popular fitness activities, by bringing the motion and benefits of hiking to the indoors. The dynamic movement arms give users the feeling of outdoor hiking with trekking poles with the included best features of a treadmill, elliptical trainer and stepper combined into one cardio training machine. Think of the Trail Hiker as a treadmill with the deck split down the middle with each side, or “treadle”, moving up and down independently with as much as an 18° incline.
